The importance of your intestines

Did you know that the health of your intestines is central to the overall health of your whole body?

Because your intestines overly the physical energy center of your body — your Dahn jon, or second chakra — if your intestines are stiff and unhealthy, you cannot gather energy properly to your Dahn jon and therefore will not be able to circulate energy through your whole body.

The flipside of this picture is….if you can make your intestines soft, healthy and happy, you can make your whole body become much healthier — improve alignment, alleviate back pain, reduce headaches, reduce swelling and bloatedness in all parts of the body, deepen breathing, slimmer waistline…the list goes on and on.
