Dahn Yoga is a rejuvenating mind-body system that uses yoga, meditation, deep breathing and tai chi to narrow the gap between the brain and body.
It was founded in the early 1980s in Korea; since that time, the practice has expanded to include hundreds of locations and thousands of practitioners across the U.S.
Given the stresses and hardships of day-to-day Western life, it is no wonder so many people derive benefit from Dahn Yoga's soothing poses and therapeutic deep breathing methods.
This blog takes a look at the Dahn Yoga community in California and lists the locations of various Dahn centers and workshops.
