When she's not looking for the moonstone or striking deals with handsome bloodsuckers on her hit CW show, The Vampire Diaries, Dobrev told the news source that she spends plenty of time staying in shape, including taking time to practice yoga every other day.

"I do a lot of yoga. I practice yoga three or four times a week. It’s an escape for me," the Los Angeles resident said, quoted by the magazine. "It feels like a workout and at the same time…for my mind, it's the body and mind exercise."

Dobrev also noted that she prefers to stay healthy by engaging in fitness regimens that feel more like fun and less like a punishing workout, including snowboarding, swimming and, of course, the holistic mind-body system that has been helping individuals maintain energy, stamina, strength and physical well-being.
