Even though her years playing the innocent Donna Martin on the TV series Beverly Hills, 90210, are long gone, actress and author Tori Spelling still has plenty of work to do. At age 38, the bed-and-breakfast owner, fashion designer and mother of two is expecting a third child and using yoga classes to relax.

According to the UK Daily Mail, Spelling has begun practicing prenatal yoga as a way to stay fit and toned while maintaining a calm, relaxed lifestyle.

She is the latest in a series of Hollywood starlets, which includes Mad Men co-star January Jones, to embrace the holistic mind-body regimen during pregnancy.

Practicing yoga at home or in a community center is a great way to get some low-impact, gentle exercise while keeping one's blood pressure and heart rate relatively low. This state of relaxation and physical fitness may be good for an unborn child, according to numerous studies.

Spelling has reason to need to relax. The news source reported that in the past week, she was hospitalized after being involved in a car crash allegedly caused by paparazzi presence.
