Dahn yoga Campolindo High school out reach class

The fortunate students at Campolindo High School experienced Dahn Yoga and Dahnmudo during finals week during end of January 2008. Headmaster JungAe Kim brought the energy of the students down very well with a combination of TaiChi, DahmMuDo, and JungChung breathing. The students found the exercises challenging to perform but felt refreshed when finished.

The most exciting demonstration was how the mind affects the body. Almost 50 students made one of their hand s grow slightly in size through verbal command. The students measured their own hands, heel of palms to tip of fingertips. They commanded their smaller hand to grow, grow, grow, grow, grow with a sincere and focused mind. Those who truly desired and believed their hand would grow found that it did indeed happened. It was a powerful demonstration of the mind and body connection; one the students won’t forget!

Grant who graduated the Campolindo high couple of years ago,
