Master Kim – I remembered who I am — I’m self respect. This is what I heard from my heart during shim sung. I need to remember this. For my 21 day miracle, I am adding two new habits which will eliminate two bad ones.
#1 – I will no longer eat between meals.
#2 – I will get up from my desk and walk or do some kind of exercise during my lunch hour at work.
I promise myself this.

After three years together we have created an inviting oasis of warmth
and peace in a place that was cold and dusty.
We have created the Mountain View Dahn Center.
We have built something precious; the Dahn center is a place to invigorate and recharge our bodies and souls.
Even better, we continue to grow and share this precious treasure with family, friends, and the community.
I feel so blessed to meet all of you in this life. Life is a series of encounters and each encounter means a lot to me.
I am your supporter as well as Tao Fellow. Together we create this Dahn center.
This center represents your body, mind, and spirit.
As the center is loved and cared for, so will you be loved and cared for.
As the center grows and develops, so will your personal growth continue and
develop to bring peace and harmony in your family and community.
Someday, I will move to another center but you will stay here.
This means this center is really YOURS.
You are all in charge of this center. Let us keep growing and sharing whatever we can.
