Hi Jin,
There is no amount of words that can describe how grateful I am for you to come in and do the presentation, you guys are awesome, you were able to put smiles on the nurses faces, just the way I intended. You were able to capture them, keep them focused and forgot their worries for that moment
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I’m really grateful, and thankful to you and Yelena, please extend my sincere appreciation to her as well.
Hopefully, I get to make up my mind and see you at your center
Sincerely,
Sheri

I came to Dahn Yoga here with diabetes, fears and doubts and not connecting with my true self.
My goal was to improve my diabetes and connect with my true self. Even though I am on blood sugar medication my readings were still very high.
After this week my readings went to 103-108. I know that with continued focus, on the process I learned and experienced I will get that number down lower and will be able to get off the medication.
I can not wait to accomplish this and suprise my doctor. I am connecting at a deeper level with my true self. I see what has created the separation and how to reconnect with who I really am.

SINCE LAST JULY I have meant to send you a note of thanks for the great yoga experience. I loved your class and the experience of Dahn yoga. Although I am a yoga novice I am HOOKED and try to get to as many classes as I can. After being very active up until the age of 50 then SITTING all day in a desk job for the last 7 years, my body has changed drastically (I guess aging hasn’t helped). Yoga practice has brought me back to feeling good and strong again…..I have a long way to go but know it is all possible with patience. SO THANKS for your help and I plan to see you again at another class whenever I can get my work schedule to “jive” with important life needs.
Thanks

With the capsule training I have found an amazing power of intention. In the space of visualization I imagine a result I want and how I want to feel with its accomplishment . I am amazed at the quality and magic of the result . When the issue is heart felt it materializes as a miracle. I called my cousin into my capsule, she has serious colon cancer. She emailed the next day she was feeling better, back to her old self.
I really thank to Ilchi Lee and other masters.

I think a lot of people wonder about ‘healing’. Like, what’s the difference between massage and ‘healing’? Or is healing something real or just something that you have to ‘believe’ in order to get benefits?
When I started taking Dahn Yoga classes and one of the instructors put her hands on my feet, I really didn’t know what she was doing. It helped me feel my feet, and her hands were surprisingly warm, but actually I was too anxious to pay attention to class while she was there.
Later I received healing and actually began to practice healing. At first I went back and forth between ‘feeling something’ and just going through the motions. Little by little my confidence, awareness, and appreciation for energy healing have grown as I have learned to trust my instincts and give my 100% sincere effort to help through healing.
I went to Sedona to study at the Dahn Healer School. What I learned there was mostly just to pay attention to myself. My body knows how to heal, I just have to relax and let it do its thing.
Anyone else want to share about energy healing?
There are so many principles we learn in Dahn Yoga that can be applied to MS Symptoms.
The biggest is focusing on the dahn-jon. The stronger my dahn-jon is becoming and the more I focus the better I feel mentally and physically.
I have been more diligent about intestinal exercises. I find that when I am more consistent the exercises are easier and actually relaxing. My body functions better and I am less bloated; it seems to help with the water retention also, especially during the past holiday weekend.
Keeping stress in check is always a challenge for anyone. Stress either by daily challenges or even the heat can make MS Symptoms worse.
One of the best ways to deal with the heat beyond water and staying out of the sun is to learn to breathe out with your mouth slightly open and tilting your chin down to bring the water up, fire down energy in balance. You can then actually feel the back of your neck becoming cooler. This imbalance can also happen when we are exercising so again bringing the awareness here helps.
Body tapping is great to relax the muscle, energy circulation and again makes my brain lighter
Vibration is awesome for the stiffness.
Toe tapping is great for energy and strength in my legs. It also helps with the pain after a long day. I also like ankle rotations.
Recently I have also been incorporating more massage and acupressure points. Starting at the ears, then the area around the eyes, back of the neck, and down arms. Then proceeding down the outside of the legs and the inside of the legs and along the back of the legs. I then finish off with the feet. The Home Massage Therapy Books 1 and 2 have great examples for these techniques.
Being aware of my body and using the stretching exercises we learn in class and in special trainings and incorporating the above items daily keeps my body in check. If balance becomes an issue while walking the principles of the Jangsaeng Walking really helps and concentrating even more on my dahn-jon and breathing. It is so important to learn to relax even more when your body is being challenged

Even after only several weeks I feel stronger and more flexible. The breathing and exercises are definitely helping me to clear my mind and connect with my body. I have a new respect for how this type of exercise can have a positive effect on the body. I am growing more comfortable with each class and enjoying the relaxation effects.

I took several hikes up Yosemite trails. The hardest was up to Vernal Falls (very steep +high). When I woke up next day, my hips were not hurting as it has often happened before long hikes!
I also took advantages of the JangSaeng walk(YOGA walk) specially coming down the trail. Because it was very slippery and very steep.
I can really say thank you Dahn YOGA Classes and instructors.
