Dahn Yoga exercises for relieving fatigue #1
Here’s a trick I’ve learned in relieving fatigue from my Dahn Yoga classes: foot massages.
Giving yourself a foot massage is self-explanatory, but I’d like to point out some spots you can focus on.
In the center of the ball of your foot, where it makes a little dip, is a major energy point. Keep pressing deeply into this point with your fingers to activate energy circulation through your lower body.
Massage each toe — from the root of the toe out to the tip of the toe. Your toes are connected to various organs, so this will help to stimulate their functions.
Also, press deeply into the corner of each heel to stimulate your bladder meridian and relieve fatigue.
