My 21 Day Miracle
Master Kim - I remembered who I am — I’m self respect. This is what I heard from my heart during shim sung. I need to remember this. For my 21 day miracle, I am adding two new habits which will eliminate two bad ones.
#1 - I will no longer eat between meals.
#2 - I will get up from my desk and walk or do some kind of exercise during my lunch hour at work.
I promise myself this.
