Cop Dahn Yoga Review

I am a cop. My workplace is the police station, where all sorts of conflicts between people happen. The environment is always discordant. When I get tired, my facial expression becomes just like my workplace. And then I feel even worse when I spit out words of frustration with a stern face.

The most stressful moments at my work are when I am misunderstood by people while I am trying to calm them down and make peace. Sometimes they insult me without any reason, which I take personally. Most of the time, I just let it go. But there are moments when I cannot take it anymore. On days like that, I cannot rest well, even after I get off work. All the negativity and the hostile words linger in my head. I guess it is an occupational hazard. I thought I would become seriously ill if I kept going on like that.

Even before I learned Brain Wave Vibration, I started shaking my head left and right after I interrogated people. I think my neck and shoulders were trying to revive themselves of all that stress and stiffness. One day, a friend of mine introduced me to Brain Wave Vibration at a Dahn Yoga Center, and I could easily follow all the motions, as they were similar to the ones I used to do. I didn’t notice a big difference at the beginning of the exercise, but I started feeling my head becoming clearer after about twenty minutes.

Upgrading Your Brain Operating System

I see the brain as similar, in some ways, to a computer. Granted the brain is far more complex and can be modified through self-directed intention, which is certainly not the case with computers. However, I think it is a useful analogy to think in terms of the brain possessing an operating system.

Every brain, like every computer, has an operating system through which it processes the programs it receives. If you have not been able to create your life as you really want, then perhaps you simply can’t run that program on your current brain operating system. To do so would be like trying to run a current computer program on a version of Windows from the 1980s.

Your operating system is the system of beliefs and preconceptions through which you interact with the world.

Upgrade your attitude

At the time, it seemed as it these questions that occupied my mind were haunting I like a dark specter, but now I have come to see them as a gift that allowed me to really get to the underlying nature of life, in spite of the pain involved.

No one likes problems. Nevertheless, all of your problems are a blessing. They all exist to help you realize your true self.

When facing any problem, remember that the problem it-sell is just an illusion that stems from the false self created by the ego. Most people make the critical error of focusing on the problem itself, which ironically just brings more of the same into being. What really matters is not why or how the problem is happening but your relationship to the problem. One thing is definitely true—you will never be able to hate your problem out of existence. What really matters is your attitude about it. To upgrade your attitude, you must first consider how your brain is operating in relationship to the problem.

Dahn Yoga Wiki Sense of Direction

Being the A student he was, he sincerely wanted to answer the question. He could not find an answer; he just stared at the ceiling.

“What is the purpose of our life?” I asked.
“Do you know?” he returned.
“I don’t. That’s why I am asking.”
“Let’s stop. There are so many other questions to solve.”
“But everything hangs on the answer to this. It is the first thing to solve,” I said.

Not too much later, my roommate requested to live in another dorm with someone else. It was no wonder, given my obsessive behavior and my brooding nature. Most of my peers avoid¬ed me, my grades suffered, and I had no sense of direction.

Have a good influence

I could not concentrate, and my moods fluctuated wildly. I remember a conversation with my high school roommate, a straight-A student who my parents hoped would have a good influence on me.

He always sat studying at his desk, as soon he got home from school. One day, I sat there staring blankly at the back of his head as he studied.

“What are you doing?” 1 asked.
“Can’t you see?! I’m studying,” he replied.
“Why are you studying?” I asked.
“A quid is coming up. I have to get good grades to get into a good college.”
“Why do you want to go to college?”
“To be successful”
“What arc you going to do after becoming successful?”
“Live happily.”
“What is happiness?”

Finally, he turned around, perplexed by my question.

This is because we are simultaneously Earth’s people and heaven’s people. Our upright stature—with our head in the sky and our feet on the ground— is a symbolic reminder of this.

The true self is the part of you that knows there is more to life than just the surface level of this world. It is the part of you that urges you to choose according to your highest self. However, through life we develop more and more attachment to this physical world, and the voice of the true self becomes muffled. Fortunately, we have been given the struggles and obstacles of life to help us remember who we are.

As a youngster, I was completely vexed by this predicament, but I had no wav to solve it or to understand it.
